earning his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from JNTU (2013) and a Post-Graduation
in Construction Management from NICMAR (2015), Praneeth began his career with
Ramky Infrastructure Ltd. Within six years, he rose to Head of the Program
Management Office (PMO), steering 70+ projects with an average annual turnover
exceeding ₹2,000 crore.
His
expertise spans roads, dams, tunnels, water supply systems, sewerage networks,
and landmark residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, with a deep
specialization in buildings. He also led Corporate Planning, managing
tendering, costing, scheduling, cash flows, MIS, financial analysis, and value
engineering.

Civil Engineering graduate from Osmania University (1989), he began his career
with Singareni Collieries Company Ltd., delivering townships, coal handling
plants, bunkers, and major industrial infrastructure. In 2007, he joined Ramky
Infrastructure Ltd., rising from Project Manager to General Manager (Projects)
and executing landmark developments such as: Ramky Towers, Hyderabad, Rajiv Gandhi IIIT,
Nuzvid, Agricultural
University, Banda (U.P.), 4,000 Flats for
DSIIDC, Delhi, 24 MW Waste-to-Energy
Plant, Delhi, Moradabad–Bareilly NH

University, Ajay began his career as a Tax Consultant before joining Ramky
Infrastructure Ltd. in 2005, steadily rising to Head of Finance & Accounts
by 2021. His expertise spans finance, taxation, HR, and administration,
combining precision with strategic insight.
At
ARIL, Ajay leads Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Administration, driving
robust fiscal management, transparency, and organizational efficiency, enabling
Arkala to pursue its vision of affordable luxury real estate.

With
over 20 years of experience, Sridhar has shaped high-rises, villa communities,

HOK Singapore, his portfolio includes 7 million sq. ft. of high-rises, 80-acre
villa communities, and the ambitious 650-acre Ramky Discovery City.
Having
served as Director at NAC Hyderabad and as a senior design leader at Ramky
Group, he now leads Bhavishya Architects. At ARIL, Sridhar brings innovation,

B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (OU, 2011), Prudhvi began
as a software developer at Ethon Software Solutions and later joined Thomson
Reuters, where he currently serves as Senior Team Leader. Driven by real
estate, he co-founded Prasundisa Developers, delivering 5 projects with 75
residential units in three years.
