We have seen a space for us to step in, act and grow at this point in time in the infrastructure and real estate market. As India is a developing country and the world has its eyes on us right now. The scope for establishing ourselves and flourishing within this sector is bright. Our opinion is relation to foreign investors and our own entrepreneurs taking off at a brisk pace to establish themselves which requires infrastructure. The relativity doesn’t stop there; established firms create employment which invites manpower from all over the country to major cities. This increases the requirement of accommodation, and hence also creating a spike in the real estate market. This analysis has shown us an opportunity to establish our own business.

Arkala Praneeth Reddy:
Managing Director
He finished his Bachelors in ‘Civil Engineering’ from JNTU in 2013. He then pursued post-graduation in ‘Construction Management’ from National Institute of Construction Management And Research (NICMAR) and graduated in 2015. He went ahead and joined Ramky Infrastructure Ltd. In the same year as a Post Graduate Engineer Trainee (PGET). . In a span of 6 years he has gained substantial knowledge in corporate management and program management and was promoted as Head Program Management Office (PMO). He is thoroughly experienced in almost all the sectors of infrastructure and real estate thanks to the 70 projects valued around an average annual turnover of 2,000 crore rupees he head in his tenure at Ramky. The nature of the projects varied from roads to dams to tunnels to water supply projects to sewerage projects to buildings, specializing in buildings (residential, commercial and institutional). He also led the corporate planning cell, which looks after Tendering, Planning (costing, estimation, scheduling, cash flows) monitoring (MIS, Financial analysis) and controlling (value engineering) the overall project. He is going to head the operations and is also going to fill the role of the Managing Director of ARIL.
Chandrashekar Nakirekanti
Director Projects
Nakirekanti Chandrasekhar has done BE ( civil) from Osmania University 1989 , then joined in government sector as Engineer (Singareni collaries company limited) worked from June 1989 to june 2007 and executed all major mining structures like mining staff quarters town ships, coal handling plants, coal screening plants, coal bunkers etc.then shifted to Private sector in Ramky infrastructure private limited from June 2007 to 2019 worked as Project Manager to General Manager ( projects) and executed prestigious projects like Ramky Towars at Gachibowly , Rajeev Gandhi IIIT campus at Nizved, Agricultural University at Banda UP , 4000 flats of DSIIDC at Delhi, 24 MW waste to Energy power plant at Delhi , Muradhabad to Barelli National highway in UP. He was project director for Srinagar Bhaniyal Expressway Ltd, a National highway in Jammu & Kashmir. With over 33 years of experience in civil engineering now he is going act as construction head in ARIL.
Ajay Kumar Reddy
Director Finance and Accounts
Has 25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts of construction industry. He has done B.Com in 1995 from Osmania University and then done MBA from Osmania University. He has practiced as tax consultant before joining into Ramky Infrastructure in 2005. In ramky he has worked in various roles in finance/ accounts departments from 2005 to 2021. He left Ramky Infrastructure as head of finance and accounts. He is also good in HR and Admin departments. He will be taking care of Finance/Accounts/Taxation and admin departments in ARIL.
Mandadi Sridhar Reddy
Director Designing and Planning
Mandadi Sridhar Reddy has done B Arch in 1999, Post Graduation in Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management in 2001, M Arch in 2004 , LLB in 2009. From 2001 to 2006 he worked as the director for National academy of Construction (NAC Hyderabad). From 2006 to 2021 he worked in ramky group in various positions As General Manager Business Development Ramky Infrastructure Ltd Head Industrial Projects - Ramky Infrastructure Ltd Head projects - Ramky Estates and Farms ltd He has vast experience in executing villa projects in 80 acres and commercial/residential highrise buildings of 7 million sft in Hyderabad, banglore,Chennai, vizag, waranagal. And he was instrumental in designing the 650 acres integrated township (Ramky Discovery City) along with international designing firm HOK Singapore. He is also a successful architect running his own firm Bhavishya Architects vastu Shilpa consultants Pvt Ltd. He will be looking after designing and Planning of ARIL.
V Chandramouli
Director
V Chandramouli has more than 25 years of experience in infrastructure industry. He has done numerous projects as a contractor in Private and Government sector. He has done number of projects in Ramky Infrastructure / Megha Engineering as sub-contractor.
Arkala Pruthvi Reddy
Director
He finished his bachelors in Electronics and communication engineering from OU in the year 2011. He started his career as a software developer at Ethon Software solutions before moving to Thompson Reuters as a senior software developer in the year 2015. He is currently a senior team leader at that company; however he always had an eye for real estate. He then co-founded a real estate firm named as Prasundisa Developers and completed 5 projects inclusive of 75 residential units in a span of 3 years. He is going to be a Director of AIRL sharing managerial responsibilities.
